Insider transaction handling

Which Form 3/4/5 lines count as insider buying, and which never do.


Insider pages are built from the non-derivative tables of Forms 3, 4 and 5. Every line is shown with its SEC transaction code, and the site's aggregate statistics follow one strict rule:

Wording note: the site says “insider transactions” and “insider buying” — these are lawful, mandatory disclosures, and the pages describe them.

Limitations

Insider ingest currently covers recent weeks and grows daily; each page states its coverage window. Roles are as stated on the filing.
